The Isalo National Park is a great corroded sandstone massif of Jurassic age, which extends 82 000 hectares. The relief is uniform, and the views are splendid. Deep canyons, a natural swimming pool, a cavern, a river, Pachypodium, and lemurs are the main attractions of the visit. Ranohira village is the departure point for the excursions to discover the Isalo National Park.
